I kayak for hours, so after trying different PFDs, I finally found these. They are comfortable but does not compromise your safety. They are very popular Kayak PFDs. These also have pockets in front so I can keep my keys and phone there in a zip lock bag. I have fallen off my kayak and I was in the open ocean and it kept my head above water without a problem. The color is bright as well so you are very visible. I highly recommend it.

We purchased this vest last year for my 5 year old daughter to use in her Kayak. It has worked very well. This year we just let out the sides and top and it will be great for at least another year I really like all of the adjustment straps. We wanted something that was a bit more streamline and more comfortable. She has loved it so far. The color even matches the Kayak.

For paddling, this is a very comfy jacket that gives you free movement to paddle and move around. The diagonal zipper is odd the first time you put it on, but it makes the jacket fit more comfortably. The straps to tighten on the sides have material underneath. The zipper has a safety velcro. The seams are nice enough that it won't chafe bare skin. This is much better quality than jackets in the big sporting good stores, especially for the price.

In retail stores, all of the normal adult sizes were out of stock, ie medium large to x-large, and weren't all that great. I took a chance and bought this one online and guessed my size. Compared to the store brands, this was much higher quality and more comfortable. The large is the best all around size for men that are in shape, x-large for most american male adults. Thinner woman may need to go down to the lower sizes.
